Affinity Club is owned and operated by Love In Sync Ltd. By joining, attending an event, or booking a consultation, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Membership Overview
Affinity Club is a singles social community, not a dating app or matchmaking agency.
We provide safe, welcoming spaces for genuine 50+ singles to meet, chat, and connect — both online and in person.
We do not guarantee that you will meet or form a relationship with another member.
2. Membership Levels
Free Membership (Affinity Free):
View member profiles (limited access).
Access to the Welcome Lounge, Chat Café, Heart Hub, and Members Directory.
View upcoming events.
Lite Membership (Affinity Lite):
Includes everything in Free.
Ability to send and receive private messages.
Full participation in all Circle community spaces.
Full Membership (Affinity Club):
Includes all Lite features.
Access to the Affinity Members Lounge, which includes:
Details of members-only events.
Exclusive PROMO codes for discounted event tickets.
Access to free hypnosis recordings and downloadable workbooks (see Copyright section).
3. Copyright & Content
All recordings, hypnosis sessions, workbooks, and resources are the property of Love In Sync Ltd.
They are provided for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, reproduced, sold, or distributed without prior written permission.
4. Behaviour & Respect
Affinity Club is built on kindness and respect. By joining, you agree to:
Treat all members with courtesy.
Respect people’s boundaries.
Not pressure anyone into continuing a conversation or meeting.
If someone does not reply to your message, please take that as a polite “no, thank you.”
Harassment, repeated unwanted messages, rudeness, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal and cancellation of membership.
5. Events & Socials
Our singles events are designed to be relaxed and inclusive.
However, it is well-known that more women than men attend singles events, and equal numbers of gender or age groups cannot be guaranteed.
Event Refund Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
If for any reason Love In Sync Ltd cancels an event, a full refund will be issued excluding Eventbrite booking fees (if tickets were purchased through Eventbrite).
Please:
Be respectful of everyone’s space and comfort.
Avoid monopolising someone’s time — give others a chance to connect.
Stay safe and do not leave with anyone you’ve just met unless you feel fully comfortable doing so.
Safety Note:
We verify members through photos and additional checks wherever possible, but we cannot guarantee the authenticity of every member.
You are responsible for your own due diligence when meeting others.
Promo Code Policy:
If you use a member discount or promo code when booking an event and later cancel your membership before the event, the full ticket price will be payable on the night.
6. Membership Cancellation
To cancel your membership, please email [email protected].
We require at least three (3) working days’ notice before your renewal date to ensure cancellation can be processed in time.
If payment has already been taken for that month, your membership will remain active until the end of that billing period, and cancellation will take effect the following month.
7. Termination of Membership
Love In Sync Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership without notice if a member is found to be:
Disrespectful or abusive to others.
Misusing the platform for any purpose other than genuine social connection.
In breach of any of these terms.
8. Confidentiality & GDPR Compliance
All VIP consultations, dating coaching, and therapy sessions are completely confidential.
Information shared in sessions will not be disclosed to any third party unless required by law (for example, where there is a risk of harm).
In line with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation):
Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of delivering your service.
Client records and session notes are stored securely and retained for six (6) years, after which they are confidentially destroyed.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion (subject to legal retention requirements).
Love In Sync Ltd is fully GDPR compliant and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
9. Limitation of Liability
Love In Sync Ltd and Affinity Club cannot be held liable for:
The actions, conduct, or behaviour of other members.
Any loss, damage, or emotional distress arising from participation in the platform or events.
Any outcomes or expectations regarding romantic connections or relationships.
All interactions, both online and in person, are undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
